Very disappointed. I come here often to get my car serviced for Lyft. Had someone named EZ (that's how he spells it apparently) help. Normally I get helped by a lady who is always at the counter...

Came back to this Pep Boys after about 3 years due to terrible service. I walk in and employees are standing around but nobody can check my car in for service. The sign at the counter says "out to lunch back in 30 min." I have no idea if I have to wait 2 minutes or 29 minutes! Ridiculous. I guess I have to keep going elsewhere!
