Help us make it rightPenny's salon offered us great hair styling at bargain basement prices. My dauther who is a senior in high school, my mother who is a senior and myself - I have a professional career - all had our hair done at Penny's and all of our needs were met. We were walk-ins with no previous knowledge of what the salon had to offer but we all had a great experience and we were very happy with the service, friendliness and efficiency at the salon. It may not look fancy but I rather pay for my services only than the 'higher end' looking salon's decor. It's not many places that can satisfy three...
