not a clean place. have roaches and you have to buy your own bug spray. toilets never flush you have to fill the tank yourself in order to flush it. manager have no problem telling other visitor about your personal business. if you like to enjoy cool air and leave your door open, you have to worry about someone's kids walking into your room and assault you.

We have been here many times and we love it! However, this year we were a little disappointed. The pool was in disrepair, The ice machine wasn't working, and the laundry room was leaking water like crazy causing the outside to look like a swamp. And dont get me started on the crappy Wifi. Hopefully they can get there act...

My wife and I explore Florida beach towns from Orlando and seek out family-run and boutique motels. We love "old Florida" accommodations and attractions from before Disney so it's hard to knock a place that seems sincerely run and very clean.
