Brought a sick cat in and then wanted to keep it overnight for observation. Next day dead cat and huge bill..They did nothing for the cat...

Docs here perform procedures on animals left in their care without asking the owner first. Left pet for one procedure and return to find they had decided to run a battery of full body and blood tests without asking me first which resulted in a bill that was nearly *double* their verbal estimate. And a week later they decide it is time to put my pet down anyway. Bad, bad business practices....

I have taken all my pets to Dr Rippi for year and year. He is the best ever. Dr Rippi has lived my Jack Russell live and I am so ever greatful to him. It may be expensive, but it's worth it. The staff was nice. I took my kitten in and they were able to diagnose him. I had this other animal hospital that dismissed everything and just handed me this vitamin. The receptionist saw that we were struggling with money and offered me some tips. She even gave me some other places to go to that would allow me to pay monthly. They were all concerned and...
