Have had my account there for over 25 years. Even had my husband and son get accounts. THEN it changed to Peoples. This past week alone, the three of us have had fraud activity on our accounts. My husband and son STILL have NO access to THEIR hard earned $ because? It's the weekend!!!!!!! Fraud prevention is a joke... Can't get ahold of anyone, and of course the bank is closed... I recently switched banks after 5 years at a credit union. I was happy with my initial customer service and the many locations of branches. However, the online banking is light years from my previous credit union. It is really out of date. I also had mediocre, at best, service at a drive through on Saturday. I hope things will improve!
