I like penn because the people who work there are very nice and they explain everything that is wrong with your vehicle.
they tell you if anything need to be fix in the future. this one place I will aways go.

Charged me $97 to read my codes and other places do it for free or apply it to the cost of the parts or repairs. Repaired my car for $87 and twenty minutes of work they wanted to charge $330. On top of that Mike likes to put his hand up to you to tell you to shut up while he talks to workers and on the phone. Rude and over priced. I believe they wanted to take advantage of an out-of-state visitor.

My Coach shades were stolen, and my aux adapter while getting my car serviced. I was charged $49.00 for oil change. The workers have sticky fingers,and the owner supports them.

Had service done on my Lincoln. They did a fantastic job and "Mike" took a ton of time explaining what was wrong and how they will fix it. Overall great experience and would recommend to friends and family.
