Great experience! Huge choice of invetory on display, and anything that wasn't displayed was easily obtained. Very knowledgeable staff that was actually on time for the installation. The whole process, from my idea to an actuall installed fireplace, went very smoothly and efficiently. I ended up with a beautifull fireplace that was custom made to tailor my house. I went into the store & spoke to the owner, Michael, for a bit. I needed to remodel two fireplaces. I wanted an insert, he convinced me otherwise. He said to go with some doors, tile it, mantle etc. Since I was selling the home,it seemed as though that would be more cost efficient way to update it.
