I used them for the first time last week and they did a great job. I have a Chow mix and Lab mix. They groomed my two dogs just as I asked. Very nice and easy going people. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will be going back for sure.

Used it the first time a few weeks ago, after my hairy beast needed his "summer shavedown" with our heat wave. I'm pleased with how he came out, and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with (especially since he got agitated and nipped one of the groomers!) They were even most accommodating of my odd work hours, allowing me to bring him in at 3 p.m. and getting him out the door by 5 p.m....

My more detailed review deleted. So cliff notes!1. They DO NOT care about the animals they are grooming. They cut my baby's nail down to the quick. I know that had to hurt. She couldn't walk right for 3 days. 2. The cut was uneven. 3. They had fleas.

I take my Yorkiepoo (yorkie/poodle) here every time he needs to be cut. Most places just shave dogs but Penelope s always listens to exactly how I want my dog cut. (I m picky because I don t want him to look like a poodle). I ve never had a bad experience, my dog always looks great!

I have had 4 visits to Penelope's, and always the nicest people, and the
best grooming I have had in Waco. My wife and I have 4 dogs, a Bichon,
a dog we adopted from the Humane Society (looks like Benji), and 2 min-
iature Schnauzers. All dogs are given equal attention and look great.
Only groomers we will let groom our dogs.
