They fix my shoes. Hooray!
Sloppy work --- We dropped off a purse for a quick stitch repair of the leather strap. Although we left the item for four hours, the actual repair was rushed in the last 20 minutes. Threads were left dangling from the repair and stitch line was uneven. I know it's just a stitch, but a little attention to doing a good job would have been nice.
I tried calling before bringing my boots in and the phone wasn't answered during business hours. I brought my boots in to be stretched. They over stretched them and would do nothing about it. I...
