I opted to disregard the negative reviews, and I'm glad I did. I had a great experience with the doctor and the staff. Very attentive and helpful. Great customer service.

The staff was rude and unresponsive, when I attempted to call back my calls were directed to voicemail. The doctor was pleasant however the staff in the waiting area needs to be replaced very poor...

They do a fantastic job! Friendly, polite and helpful. New and renovated. I drive from 30 minutes away just to go to this Pearle Vision! 10/10 Would recommend.
