When I went to Pearle Vision I needed to buy my first pair of glasses and was not sure where to start, so I aimlessly looked through the huge selection of glasses. When an employee asked me for help, I said yes, thinking he would just show me where all the different types of glasses were; but he did much more than that. He asked me what I was looking for and picked out specific glasses for me...

Optometrist ok, customer service terrible

I went to Pearle Vision for an eye appointment, and while there asked to have my glasses tightened. The person who took them returned a few minutes later looking very nervous - and holding my glasses, which were broken in two pieces. They gave me a 'discount' on a new pair of glasses, which still ended up costing over $300. About a year later, after I had moved out of state, the bronze finish...
