Terrible Service and Product

Terrible customer service and product. In June of 2008 they made my glasses a complete diopter off. This was verified by my MD after Pearle told me to just wear them for a week to see if they feel better, refusing at first that they were made wrong until I insisted they remake them and the lab verified they were wrong. Then, they cracked the frame remaking them and when I tried to cancel my order they refused to refund my money. Six months later the finish on my expensive frames are peeling in numerous places and are unwearable. When I contacted Pearle (Linda and Richard) they refused to do...
