But in practice, the food is a globe-spanning adventure that comprises ceviche, cioppino, lomo saltado, osso buco and Southern fried chicken with waffles. Perhaps best embodying this fusion are bacon-Parmesan fritters and Thai coconut-curry linguine with prawns.
