I work part-time and Catholic Charities pay about half of the rent. Peak Properties bought out our building and everything went to hell. Catholic Charities contacted Peak Properties to give them an updates copy of the lease which Peak Properties NEVER SENT! Peak Properties raised the rent $25 and Catholic Charities and myself had no idea since Peak Properties NEVER SENT an updated lease out....

I just found a Dominick's receipt under my fridge from 2011, along with dust and debris filling the entire space. The receipt stands as evidence that they haven't cleaned under the fridge here for AT LEAST 4 YEARS. I moved in a few months ago, and have had numerous other problems with them as well. Save yourself the headache and don't rent from these clowns.
