Extremely disappointed. I understand businesses need to make money, but unfairly charging an arm and a leg is not right. My suggestion is to find a cheaper more honest place.

I think the growth from one location to 6 or 7 has impacted the quality of their customer service.I have done business with them on and off for the last 10 years but no more. I brought my lap top in on 8/25 for a motherboard replacement. I provided the motherboard. I called for a status this morning …
