I brought my laptop to these people for a new mother board. These people stole internal parts, broke parts and glued them on instead of replacing them, and left a number of screws out. When I called to complain, they said they would call me back and never did. I finally had to buy new parts and replace them myself.

2 years ago I had built a PC for my parents; 1 year ago, MS Windows crashed, because I live 2.5 hours away, my parents had brought the computer to PC Joy for immediate recovery and repair. Data was attempted...
