I was charged over $250 for a completely UNsuccessful data recovery. Plus, the "company" uses TeamViewer to "fix" your computer from their home, then hold your computer hostage and make you pay them (or else they say). They watched me put in sensitive payment & personal information, which made me feel completely violated and held hostage. Dangerous company. DO NOT USE! They try to make you pay...
