Very disappointed with there service. Three times they tried to fix my pc and it was never done. My computer has the original problems. The person who answered the phone said she would have a tech call me back once they returned from a on site visit. They never called back. Very poor customer service. They gave me a run around and never followed up. Buy an apple and you will not have any...

This place leaves a lot to be desired. They are not very good at what they do. Very poor customer service and never fixed my original problem even after 3 attempts. I recommend you find another service company. Buy an apple

They take your computer and then your money, and don't fix your problems.
To me is was a virus that I could not get rid of. So I go to PC Problems. They told me it wasn't fixable, and there was nothing they could do about it. WHAT??? You never talk or see a tech. The receptionist relays all the information to you. Totally worthless. Go somewhere else to get you computer fixed.
