Owners is pleasant and professional but some staff can be rude and unprofessional. I will likely go somewhere else next time I have a problem.

I took my laptop in a few days ago because it would not power on. Picked it up and paid $170 only to return home and find it still not working. When I went straight back to show them the computer still was not working, they offered to sell me a new power cord for an additional $50. When I said what about the $170 I spent to fix nothing?, the response was "Computers are weird".

Fast, efficient, professional, affordable. Great experience.
I cracked my iPhone 5S screen pretty badly this weekend. As in microchips and the camera and sensors being exposed to air, and glass shards everywhere. I brought it in, and in 45 minutes it was like new. Paid $106.99 ($99+tax) and my iPhone works like new.
