I went there with my computer today 5/18/2015 the guy was so nice and helpful after he looked at it he should me a simple fix and didn't even charge me great, friendly,honest love this place. thank you again.

Purchased a router from PCAD and the lady who sold it to us was very nice and helpful. We brought it home, hooked it up, and it didn't work. We brought it back not 24 hours later and there was a young man behind the counter. He took the router into the back and tested it. He also found it to be defective. …

I am so grateful for the prompt; professional work they do for me, my husband & his business now for several years. Recently had a crisis & Brad & the team were patient w/ my rambling on over the phone & taking care of my precious PC w/ all of my pics & so much on it. I am very grateful to have a great go-to.
