Nice marble features. Clean and neat. Excellent staff. Odd door keying. Furniture missing in the common ares - possibly renovating.

One of my worst places I have been in my life

They did not provide the things described on their website. No iron, no tea, dirty room. Not even one star hotel!

Lovely Victorian Hotel with potential not fully me

One night stay. Beautiful building - very convenient area of the city to get virtually anywhere. Here were our issues;
Not very strong on amenities - room had no info about San Fran, any hotel info. Room was clean, large (Exec suite) but on the "cold" side - just not warm and fuzzy. Would be nice to have attention to the details that make an "inn" like this attractive.

Nice room, but weirdly empty first floor lobby with minimal amenities. Empty lobby. Neglected bar space, which could have been awesome. Room (and entire hotel) out of shampoo. No availability of bottled water. While place looks like it's beginning to close soon.
