As a Former Dental Assistant for 9 years, I know how it is for Patient to feel relax and confident when going to see a Dentist, this office is one that makes you feel Welcome & all that, as well as being very Professionally. Love Them!

I had a terrible experience with this dentist! As said by several other people in the previous reviews, this dentist office does NOT care at all for the customer, and they do NOT want your business.

I have been going to Dr Payne for over 10 years. He is a very gentle dentist with great communication skills. His staff is very professional and knowledgeable. And He does cater to cowards, like me I am a giant wuss when it comes to Dental work. I would not trust anyone else with my teeth!

This dentist office is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will nickle and dime you with cost of treatment and they are very snobby. They act like they DO NOT need your business.
I am sad I wasted my time with them. I found a better dentist in Southlake.

Both my husband and I have had bad experiences with the STAFF at this office. I agree with the other lady- we both were treated rudely by their office staff.
Dr. Boatner himself is a great dentist and I wish they had a better staff but it is not worth it to go to them and deal with their staff.
