I never thought I would have to use a locksmith service so soon after getting my new car, but after five days of purchase, I locked myself out of it. Thanks to them it was only a half hour to get help and have my door unlocked.
I called them because I wanted to change the Medeco locks I had in my home to Schlage locks. The technician they sent knew exactly what I was talking about. He did an amazing job so I will definitely recommend them to others.
I had to call here last week Wednesday when my little nephew lost my car keys. I had searched for two hour to none available, and reluctantly called this service. I chose them because of the low price the girl on the phone quoted me, but I was braced for any addition the technician would make. I was really happy he was totally honest about the cost, and did not increase anything, not even by a penny.
I do not like to use locksmiths because they are so expensive, but thanks to my best friend I used this service and saved half of what I usually pay with another locksmith I use.

Do not use this company. They will not quote you a price until they get to the job and then charge an obscene amount. They literally charge more per hour then a neurosurgeon. They also broke a lock and now it is an additional cost for me to replace it. I have called everyday for a breakdown of how they came to such an outrageous price and they haven't called back. TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE
