AVOID AND BEWARE!!! I made a reservation at Payless Car Rental in Denver through Expedia. I waited 20 minutes to catch the shuttle bus (which was filthy and had broken seats) and then waited another 15 minutes in line at the Payless counter only to be told that in order to rent a car in Denver I needed to present a copy of a utility bill with my name on it! [Who travels with their electric bill??] I was told that I could fax it to them but they would not release a car to me without it. I suggested they hold a (significantly!) larger deposit on my credit card and I was told that this...
