They are kinda slackers over there...ive had more than one paycheck mailed to the wrong address....i even had an unsigned paycheck. paychecks are late sometimes and the customer service doesn't return calls promptly. i just recently signed up for direct deposit...let's see if they screw that up. wouldnt recommend them.....

Horrible customer service. They act as though they know everything when they made one simple mistake after another. Processing employee paychecks accurately is kind of important. The same went with a garnishment that was court ordered where Advantage Payroll/Paychex incorrectly input the information from the order. It then took months to correct it and a serious lack of professionalism over...

I have been with several payroll companies over the years, but I have never had the high quality customer service I have had with paychex. I talk to the same young lady everytime I call and I always know they are taking care of me! Great company.
