Working for a factory i thought was a good idea. I was thinking good pay, benefits, but oh was i wrong. This company forces the employees to pass the level 2 operators test so you can become their slave for .35 cents more than minimum wage and they force you to give your life up and work six days a week. If you dont show up you get points so they fire you and get another (slave). I bust my ass...
