Rude and smelled of a case of beer at 9am, will not be doing business again with them. Sent by "Cash for junk cars" another horrible company to deal with. Put on hold two times and they never even bothered to take me off hold, third time around the dispatcher thought she put me on hold, but didn't, so I had the privilege to listen to this women tell a story to a coworker that clearly spoke...

Had to get my car picked up to donate to charity. Was asked to call back the number. I tried for 10 minutes before reaching them. When I mentioned this to the owner, he told me the number was so busy because they were very popular. When I asked why they could not at least keep a voice mail on the number, I was told ""We do have another number but we prefer to give this so our customers cannot disturb us at odd hours"". It was also made clear to me that the pickup for charity is done as a kind of charitable act - they do not make much money off them and can live without folks disturbing them...
