A bad job, sales person was great at first but her Karla's follow up was none, and the job went right from the beginning down the tube, they don't respect their customers and they think that it is alright what their do with them. They blame everything back on the customer and do not take responsibility for all …

We had new carpet and hardwood floors installed by Paulson's in our condo. They worked with our changing closing dates and got the job done efficiently....

Good experience with Paulson's near Washington Square

We went to Paulson's on Cascade Ave near Greenburg Road in Tigard to look at new vinyl flooring for our kitchen. The saleswoman there was very smart, showed us plenty of samples and explained everything. We took about 9 samples home to see how they looked. We settled on our favorite (Congoleum), and went back to the store to place our order. The saleswoman carefully explained the order, and had their estimator come to our house. He was very smart, and told us just what it would cost, and exactly what they needed to do. The installer team arrived on time a few days later, prepared the...

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Installed a floor for me, didn't finish the job, never called back to remedy the situation. Will never use this company again. BEWARE.
