; Hi! We're Paul and Dorothy Fidrych and we opened Paul's Pasta Shop in 1988. Our goal has always been to make the finest pasta products in the region and serve reasonably priced meals in a friendly atmosphere.
Paul's Pasta was wonderful the location is on the water and the view is exquisite. The interior is homey and the atmosphere reminds me of mom and pop shops of years gone by. I loved the liguini primavera and cannelloni. The crusty garlic bread is excellent by itself or as a sponge for the sauce.
