I lived in Bloomington-Normal for 3 years and this was the only place I got my haircut during that time. Everyone was great when I went in. The girls who cut my hair were always very competent and paid attention. If they felt like they were going to screw up they always asked for help form the instructor and were shown the right way to do it. I only had one case where the girl make a mistake...
