Dr. Firth is the ONLY psychiatrist who has ever taken the time to listen to what I have said and the symptoms I have described. She is careful and conservative in prescribing new medications. Even though my insurance no longer covers my visits, I have chosen to stay with Dr. Firth as a cash patient rather than find someone else despite the fact that others may be covered by my insurance.
