I went here as I was new in town several months ago and it looked like it was one of the larger places, but still family owned, so why not give it a try. I've had issues with them since the beginning. They don't follow directions at all on what is asked for dry cleaning vs. laundering. Also, they are …

They do an excellent job professionally cleaning formals and their customer service is incredible..... AND they clean hundreds of dresses for Our Secret Prom Dress Closet FREE!!!! They even collect the dresses and deliver them to the closet! They are always friendly, and a true pleasure to work with..... their community support is amazingly generous, and they offer it with a smile. The best service in town, hands down!

Everyone is friendly and professional - the service is wonderful. After so many bad experiences at other cleaners - this is so refreshing! I wouldn't trust my clothing with anyone else again!
