Long story short; I ordered some pillows, then cancelled the order before the work was scheduled to begin. At first, the salesperson claimed they had already begun the work; I told the salesperson that that was not my problem; she then said it wasn't her problem either! The conversation ended up with me hanging up after she implied I was lying. When I went in to speak to the owner the next day; the salesperson had changed her tune; she arranged a full refund - the check is in the mail, supposedly. If I don't get that check soon, I will send my dispute to the BBB for arbitration; then call...

Recently purchased a beatiful teak out door patio set from the richmond location. I never knew there was so much that I didnt know about patio furniture. The sales person was so helpful and guided me to the right product and helped me choose a gorgeous color scheme for my cushions and pillows. I'm so happy... we sit outside on our new furniture every evening.

Messed Up Elevator= Messed up Store!

Stop. Don't even go into this store. If you are a wheelchair user or need to use the elevator, don't...I repeat DON'T count on it in this store. My boyfriend and I went there a year ago and we were told the story of the broken, non-functioning elevator and how ""sorry"" they were for it's condition. A condescending woman in sales yet told us the same thing when we came back to the store just a week ago. It's discriminating! It's frustrating and it's so uncalled for!
