My mom has been seeing this doctor for over a year and she has never even SEEN the doctor. Who does that? Isnt this against the oath?

Been going a year and yet to see Dr. Was told to 'pick' out an Rx myself. Diagnosed but yet to be treated after many months. Urgent calls never returned several times. Rx never called into pharmacy more than once. Office staff very rude. Was very obvious no one cared, including Dr. Kasuma, who after nearly a year, hadn't bothered to see me, leaving his NP to see me yet not treat the diagnosis....
