Dr. Mehrotra is very helpful discussing the pros and cons of treatment options. She will spend as much time as needed to make sure she understands your condition and what your goals are. I especially like her ability to provide and unfiltered answers to very difficult questions. I trust her and know she will call in specialists if required.

She was very caring and kind, and her medical expertise was extremely helpful. Dr. Mehrotra helped my family and I get through the tough parts of my treatment. Overall, Dr. Mehrotra was undoubtedly one of the best doctors I've ever seen.

When I was first diagnosed with polycythemia vera several years ago, Dr. Mehrotra did a great job trying to track down the underlying cause. The tests that were ordered were extensive and the results were fully explained to me without delay and in terms that I could understand.
