We have been seeing Dr. Thompson as a family for more than 15 years. We have always found him to be friendly, trustworthy, and I especially appreciate his willingness to investigate. He has a no nonsense, but no overkill approach to medicine. He is very down to earth and kind.

Dr. Thompson is great. It is the rest of the staff that is the problem. I called 11 times and was disconnected. On the 12th call I finally got through but was placed on hold for 15 minutes. The person than couldn't find my daughters information and thought she was a new patient. I think Dr. Thompson is a good doctor but if I can't make appointments and it takes forever to be seen, I will be...
