Staff is extremely rude and non caring. I have had to call more than 3 times to get a response on my medicine that they sent to the wrong pharmacy which after a month they never filled. Too any negative things I can't fit it all in this review. My husband and I waited for an hour and a half to be seen without them letting us know it will be longer and leaving us waiting. Dr. Klima has been treating my entire family for 20 years now. She is the best physician we have ever seen. She is compassionate and caring. Her office is stellar with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. K takes a genuine interest in her patients ensuring that their healthcare is well managed.

Doctor was arrogant, had a better than everyone attitude. Nurse was rude and had the same attitude as the Doctor. Front desk people snooty and incompetent.

Most compassionate Doctor ever - I went in with chicken pox. She said they were getting near my eyeballs and needed to admit me to the hospital.
