I found Dr chiappetta to be very professional and caring. He's very soft-spoken, yet very knowledgeable. He explained what was going on with my new condition and how we will proceed. I will continue to do all my follow-ups with him because I trust him I feel like he knows exactly what he's talking about and he was able to plan it to me so that I would understand. The staff was friendly and caring.

He was rude. It was like getting results from a robot rather than another human being. And he explained nothing to us. I would never recommend him or see him again.
