I've been seeing Dr. Smith for about 10 yrs now. A great Doctor, that cares about his patients! I recommend Dr. Smith as your Primary Provider. My wait time in the office was not the concern, but waiting well over 45 minutes in a small room was the issue. As a patient I am expected to be present at a specific time, and find it highly disrespectful for the doctor not valuing my time. As for smith himself, he is overly bland and shows zero personality.
