Very condescending and judgemental. Might have the clinical knowledge but very hard to establish rapport with. Doesn't take time to listen. I am a patient for more than 6 years and I have never had a complaint from Dr. Sorlie-Aguilar since she has always been concerned about my health and what is best for me, she is patient and explains everything to me calmly. I feel very calm and happy because she cares about her patients. I love Dr. Sorlie-Aguilar!

The front office staff could've been robots that might have actually been better. I wasn't acknowledged by the first person I went to who by the way sits in the middle desk and is the first thing you see when you walk in so naturally you go there first.
