Does this sound like a scam to you? Dr. Starr advertises 20 insurance plans on his site. I called and specifically asked if he accepted my plan. He barely examined me, there was minimal history asked and then charged $800 for contact fitting which was not a correct fitting when checked with another ophthalmologist
