If I could give Dr. Rossi 0 stars, I would. She has horrible bedside manners. I took my 2 1/2 year old to her to check on his ears because other health professionals saw he had some hearing problems. He had his hearing tested and was referred to an ENT specialist to get an official diagnosis.
