Literally shocked! After waiting 1 hr 50 min, I learned Sr. Steptea needed to postpone appointment as he needed more info from previous Dr. Of course, I didn't get reimbursed the $130.00 for the appointment. Today, I learned that Dr. Torrene James Stepteau billed my Insurance company for $822.15. After the Ins adjustments, I still have to come out of pocket for $340.61. Is this not criminal?
