I have been with Dr. Wiley for multiple pregnancies. Things have changed a lot in the last few years. These days, you are nearly always handed off to a PA. This creates continuity of care issues (ex: she had no idea I had been seen by her PA for a recent miscarriage). The paper charts (!) are rarely read. You have to re-explain things at each visit. Wait time can be long but she covers two hospitals so that is a factor. Shes never made me feel rushed and has always made me feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics. Having a connection with my gyno is important to me and I feel she truly cares about me as a person. Highly recommend Dr. Wiley
