He refused to treat me. His staff was arrogant and I left on day of injections bitterly disappointed. I do not recommend him. Hes wasted my time and money. Too expensive . His physical therapy recommendations wasted my time .

I absolutely love Dr. Valcarcel. She talks to you as a person, explains everything and takesbtge time if you don't understand something. The office staff is extremely nice and there to help with anything you need. Highly recommend her.

She is forthright, honest, and also kind and gentle. She is encouraging, emphasizing the positive outlook of kidney function rather than the fearful slant of kidney failure. She teaches clearly what I can do to preserve my kidney but doesnt demand perfection or lay shame.
