Dr. Shovlin operated on me in March 2019, I had a very painful Epigastric Hernia.
I really liked Dr. Shovlin because he is knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and put me at ease on my first visit. I trusted his decisions and recommendations. He explains things well & is easy to talk with, Awesome doctor!
Ive been a patient of Dr. Davoodi for 6 years. Dr. Davoodi has a wonderful bedside manner and is very proficient in his diagnosis. Ive never waited more than ten minutes in the waiting room; average is less than five min. Staff are polite and efficient.
My experience with Dr. Shovlin started out fine. He was friendly & did a good job on my surgery. However, when I had post-surgery complications his entire demeanor changed. He was abrupt, defensive, condescending, & showed no concern for my well-being. He had no idea what was wrong--actually asked me, "What do you want me to do?" I told him I wanted him to help me figure out the issue....
Dont bother contacting them! They are not interested in taking new patients...not sure the purpose of having a website!
Very disappointing experience...(and yes I have insurance).
