Receptionists at spring valley office do not understand English very well. Extremely hard to get any help from anyone. I was given the incorrect medication and medication i couldn't afford and then was told i needed an appointment to correct it... but would have to wait another week for that appointment. Mean While im in pain and suffering but have to wait a week for someone elses mistake?

While the wait time was never long, that would be where the good part of my review ends. I felt like a total cog in a machine at this place. There was very little individualized attention, and every time I came in for physical therapy the staff seemed unaware of why I was there and unfamiliar with how to treat me. The dr himself never told me what was wrong with me or a course of treatment....

Dr.Saleem Karim is very rude and has a nasty attitude very unprofessional I've been going there for over 7 years my mom and I buying a house in Jamaica and they sent some documents for my medical doctor to sign for my health my mom been going to montefiore for years they signed her papers without hesitation however when I gave him mines he started to behave so belligerent very rude and...
