I had a terrific experience with Dr. El-Ghazzawy for bi-lateral hernia. He's highly professional, experienced, and personable, too. I had excellent results. I'm a professor at UW. I've been around many top people. From my perspective, this guy is good!

May I share how impressed I am with Dr. Ian White. His specialty can be difficult to discuss. However, Dr. White has enthusiasm, academic insight, and clear explanations for ordinary folks.
The Dr. took the time to answer my every question. He is a more recent arrival to Bellevue WA Overlake; we're lucky he's here.
He emphasized "high fiber diet" so I asked surely Frito's corn chips will...

Terrible bedside manner, lengthy wait time, & a very difficult billing system to work with. Good luck getting to speak with Dr. Winter's when you aren't under the influence of anesthesia.

I just had bilateral laparoscopic hernia surgery 10 days ago and was in great shape by day 3 with
only minimal discomfort the first few days. No other issues. Dr. El-Ghazzawy and his team were
very professional from first meeting through post-op checkup. Easy to talk with. I am so glad my
family doctor referred me to Dr. El-Ghazzawy as the total experience and results were terrific.
