We are just starting the process of getting braces for our daughter, but we have been in the office a couple of times so far, and each time we have been treated well. The wait time is a bit long, but the patient load is quite large. The wait is worth it, though. Each nurse that has taken us in has been so helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly.
