I got taken just like the other people half down and no work and no refund on check. I have filed complaint with the attorney generalall other people should file this is a case of fraud

the same thing happened to us.  In May this year we gave $2150 as a deposit for work to be done to Tom Rotts of Pathways Concrete.  Four weeks and no communication.  We began calling, e-mailing and texting.  He did  answer once or twice - there had been alot of rain in the early summer and I did expect delays - but when we tried to get a date scheduled for the work to be done it didn't happen. ...

We put a $4500 deposit down back in June and they disappeared. We thought this business was pretty legit but boy were we wrong. It is now the end of September and we still have no work done. It was unfortunate that we hired Pathways Concreate to replace Asphalt Driveway with Concrete Driveway for our home, the guy Steve Drew or Tony  gave a quote of $5700 and asked to pay 50% advance of $2850 to get the job done in couple of weeks.Without suspecting any foul play, I just wrote a check for $2850 , the check was cashed the very next day and I waited for a wekk of so to get an update...
